No Judgement, No Intimation, Feel Free

There is no judgement from others if you are not doing the exercises correctly or wearing the right clothes etc. Your instructor is there to focus on just you, answer your questions and help support you through your class. Can Couples Attend Private Pilates Classes
Yes we do also offer and see private lessons on a 2:1 basis. Some people benefit more from the shared common goals and friendly rivalry. We find that couples working together inspire each other and have a greater desire to get results. Likewise if you don’t have somebody else to share the session that is not a problem. We will open the session and another person will join you. This does not mean you will be performing the same exercises at the same time you will still both have your own exercises.

Matthew Glithero is a Pilates Instructor and Osteopath with a background in sports development. He believes sessions are really beneficial for people recovering from injuries to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Pilates is also great to also proactively prevent injuries by increasing body awareness.
Eleonora Sansoni is a Pilates Instructor and Osteopath. She has been teaching private Pilates equipment for 16 years in Italy, Australia and in the UK. Eleonora believes that Pilates is not just about flexibility or strength, it’s about awareness, knowing how to optimise movements in everyday tasks to prevent injuries.
Paula Puga is a passionate reformer Pilates Instructor and is also a dancing extraordinaire! She believes the combination of muscular strengthening and stretching with flowing movements is truly functional and gives great benefits. She is STOTT Pilates reformer trained.
How Much is a Private Pilates Session?
