Hi, I’m Eleonora and I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Osteopath and Pilates Instructor, specialising in women’s health, gut health and musculoskeletal health.

I truly believe that, despite all the ‘progress’ we have made over the years, our modern world is contributing to the development of many chronic diseases in our society. I experienced first hand the effects of chronic stress, environmental pollution (mould) and processed foods and joining the dots to sort my health out has been a real roller coaster. Understanding how the body really works, working with it and synchronising more with nature’s rhythms has been a game changer for me.

I designed this easy-to-follow programme for people like you who want to feel physically and emotionally amazing but who sometimes slip into habits that make you feel ‘disconnected’. This is your chance to reset.

Are you joining me?

This group programme is called Wellthy Seasons which will run online every 3 months in Winter (How to thrive in winter), Spring (How to flourish in Spring), Summer (How to shine in Summer) and Autumn (How to adapt in Autumn) 2024 for 21 days each season. I will communicate daily with you via WhatsApp or Facebook and via informational emails. I will also meet you via Zoom for 3 live sessions so you can get the support you need to put all my advice into practice.

Please note: In this programme I will support you forming new healthy habits, recommend healthy seasonal meals and advise you on strategies to keep your body on top of seasonal changes. However, if you have any pathology or dysfunction this programme will cover the bases of a healthy diet that everyone should implement before embarking on a therapeutic nutritional journey; it’s a really good starting point, but if your symptoms don’t improve you will need a more personalised approach with me.

Winter is proved to be a challenging time for many, mentally and physically, with people experiencing low mood, lack of energy and illnesses. Our modern world has disconnected us from what our body is supposed to do during the winter months which is spending more time inwards, preserving energy, gathering our resources and sleeping more. Instead we are constantly fighting against nature. That’s why I will cover: well balanced seasonal meals, shopping list, how to support your immune system, how to restore energy levels and how to support your exercise goals in winter. I will also discuss the importance of circadian rhythms, sleep, social connection and exercise adaptation.

The first season will start on ‘Blue Monday’ 15th January for 21 days. This course will consist of:

  • 3 live online sessions (50 minutes in duration of which 30 minutes will be a Matwork Pilates session) on Mondays 15th, 22nd & 29th January at 7-7:50pm. If you can’t make these sessions they will be recorded and so available to you at any time.

“How to thrive in Winter” is priced at £99*. You can also purchase the whole yearly programme “Wellthy Seasons” for £380*.

In addition, there will be an osteopathy surprise bonus on every purchased season. Also, you will receive a 5% discount on 1 osteopathy treatment per purchased season. If you opt for the whole programme, you will receive a 10% discount on 4 osteopathy sessions each.
