Contact us via email below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Who would benefit from our private pilates sessions?
There are 3 types of people who would benefit from a private pilates instructor. Firstly, Pilates beginners would benefit from individual sessions so they can accelerate their learning and build up their overall strength and flexibility more quickly through one-to-one guidance. Secondly, people who have a specific injury and need a rehabilitation plan as the sessions can be designed for your specific needs to optimise your recovery. Thirdly, people who maybe don’t feel comfortable in larger group workout sessions and would prefer a more private setting.
What are the benefits of a private pilates sessions?
At Wellthy Clinic we pride ourselves on our holistic and individualised approach to Pilates helping you on your journey to optimum health and fitness. We deliver private 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions at our Private studio in Marylebone, London. These sessions include Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Rehabilitative Pilates and work on the Cadillac and Wunda chair. Our private sessions help us to offer a more personalised approach. We also offer osteopathy which goes hand in hand with Pilates and we go through a mini Osteopathy case history during your first Pilates session with you to help us become familiar with any relevant past history, like injuries or pathologies, that may require a specific adaptation. We can then create bespoke classes that fit with your individual needs and goals helping you to reach them not only more quickly but also more effectively and safely.
