Ann - Pilates Instructor
Ann is passionate about sharing the many benefits of Pilates in all stages of life. She was initially introduced to Pilates in treating her own lower back pain, but quickly realized it had so much more to offer both physically and mentally. She adopted the method into her regular wellness routine over a decade ago and never looked back. After relocating from New York to London, Ann transitioned out of her career in finance to further pursue Pilates and received her comprehensive certification from Alan Herdman Pilates. She is keen to help others discover how Pilates can improve a person’s quality of life through injury prevention, pain reduction and correct alignment of the body. Outside of Pilates she enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time outside with her dog.
