Julie - Pilates Instructor
Julie is a Pilates Instructor passionate about the mind body connection and our individual ability to heal through functional movement. Having practised pilates for 15 years as part of her own rehabilitation after three pregnancies, Julie completed her Mat Pilates training in 2020 and her Reformer training in 2021, she is also certified in pregnancy Pilates (Prenatal and Postnatal) training and Exercise Referral.
Julie works with clients to improve muscle tone, flexibility, balance and core conditioning. Prior to joining the Wellthy team she worked in a physiotherapy clinic in Barbados. She also works with several studios in London doing cardio reformer classes so don’t be surprised if this enthusiasm comes across in your session. She loves connecting with people, believes in patience and discipline and is committed to each individual's journey.
She is a true believer of a holistic approach to overall wellness with a harmonious balance between physical and mental fitness for a healthier, happier life.
