Matthew Glithero

Matthew Glithero is a Paediatric, Structural and Cranial Osteopath.
He is a dedicated Osteopath known for delivering personalised, hands-on treatments that relieve pain and equip clients to manage their symptoms confidently.
His interest in osteopathy began in childhood, after finding real relief through treatment for his own pains. He was drawn to both the effectiveness of the treatment and the holistic approach behind it.
Although his initial career took a different path, in his late twenties, he decided to retrain as an Osteopath, driven by a genuine desire to help others feel and function better.

Which conditions do you treat most often?
For adults: Back, neck, shoulder and jaw pain are common presentations. For babies: feeding difficulties, reflux, colic and plagiocephaly.
What happens at a first appointment with you?
A 60-minute consultation which includes case history, postural assessment, movement testing and a diagnosis, followed by hands-on treatment and a home exercise plan.
What is your approach to treatment?
I focus on personalised, hands-on treatment that relieves pain while helping clients achieve better health.
“We took our baby to the clinic because he had a very tense jaw, face, and back, which was making latching difficult during breastfeeding. After his treatment, we noticed a clear improvement in his tension and latch. We’re very grateful for the care and would highly recommend Matthew.”

“Matthew has been looking after my lower back pain and neck pain on and off over the last two years. Significant progress has been made on both conditions, and after every session, I would leave the building with my mind filled with stillness and peace. Wellthy is such a befitting name. They treat your nervous system dysregulation too, not just the physical disorder. Very positive experience through and through. Ryota, S.
